Multifaceted José Garófalo (tango teacher, filmmaker, painter) is among the most respected tango teachers in Buenos Aires.  He has performed with orchestras such as EL Arranque, and has taught tango in Argentina, the U.S., and Europe.  José has directed several documentaries about tango (for the BBC, Australian and Spanish T.V., Lonely Planet, People and Arts), and has participated in a number of foreign movies (U.S., France, Germany).  José also organizes the most popular milonga in Buenos Aires, Porteño y Bailarín, and has organized a number of festivals.

Ana Maria is one of the most prominent teachers in Buenos Aires today of the "milonguero" style of tango. The milonguero, or "close embrace" style is a strictly social style that emphasizes the connection between the couple and musicality. It uses compact choreography that creatively employs limited space in respect for the social dance floor. Ana Maria founded and operates her own tango academy in downtown Buenos Aires, in which she and her assistants teach to more than 200 students and instructors weekly. She has taught in the U.S., Europe, and at the Buenos Aires World Tango Festival, among others.

Fabrizio Forti has been teaching and dancing professionally in Buenos Aires for seven years. He has participated in diverse and prestigious theatres such as Café Tortoni, Club del Vino, Confiteria La Ideal, Café Homero Manzi, Sabor a Tango, and the internationally renowned Senor Tango. He has performed in many of the milongas of Buenos Aires, including with the orchestras Color Tango, Los Reyes del Tango, and El Arranque.
